At OrientMart, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected postcodes within our service area.
If your postcode is not eligible, delivery will not be available at checkout.


2. Delivery Options & Pricing

Delivery costs are based on your order value:

  • Orders under $20 – $9.95 delivery
  • Orders $20–$69.99 – standard delivery fee
  • Orders $69.99 and above – free delivery

Same-day delivery (if available):

  • Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM
  • Flat fee of $15

All available delivery options will be displayed at checkout based on your location and time of order.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Next-day delivery is our standard service
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the following day

4. Delivery Days

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday
  • No deliveries on Sundays
  • Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Once an order is being prepared or dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible
  • If no one is available to receive the order, it may be left in a safe place where possible
  • Once delivered, the order becomes the responsibility of the customer

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No safe place to leave the order
  • Restricted access

We may:

  • Attempt redelivery (additional fee may apply), or
  • Cancel the order and issue a partial refund

8. Perishable Items

For orders containing perishable goods:

  • Customers should ensure timely receipt of delivery
  • OrientMart is not responsible for spoilage if items are left unattended after delivery

9. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • High order volumes

OrientMart is not liable for delays outside of our control.
